Requests for funding will be accepted from SFBA churches based on a defined strategy as expressed in the SFBA Request Form.

Churches must explain how this project will assist them in moving forward with their vision.

The amount the CST grants to the requesting church will be according to the need determined by the church's strategy and budget for the project.

The local congregation requesting assistance must be a financial partner of SFBA for funding to be granted.

Funding provided through the CST will not exceed the funding commitment made to the project by the requesting church.

The Follow-up Report Form must be received by the CST before future funds will be given.

The CST will submit an annual budget for the upcoming year to the Administration Team by July 31. Once the budget is approved, the CST has the authority to disperse the funds as they deem necessary.

The CST will meet bi-monthly or as needed.
* Execption clause: on special occasions the CST may choose to exceed its stated limits for funding.
