A sponsoring SFBA church must be a financial partner with SFBA to receive funding for its work. Requests from a sponsoring SBC church, which is not a member of SFBA, will be considered if the new church start is within SFBA or surrounding area.

All requests require a written strategy to show the new congregation progressing from conception to completion. The strategy plan will also include the following as a minimum: a proposed yearly budget, plans for an initial assessment and on-going training for the church planter.

The amount the CPM Team grants to the new congregation will be according to the need determined by the strategy.

All Covenant Agreements must be in place and signed by all partners before the designated funds are dispersed.

Once-a-quarter partnership meeting will be held to determine the progress of the new congregation.

A monthly report must be received by the CPM Team before any funds are dispersed.

The CPM Team will meet monthly or as needed.

The CPM Team will submit an annual budget for the upcoming year to the Administrative Team by July 31. Once the budget is approved, the CPM Team has the authority to disperse the funds as they deem necessary.

Funds on deposit for the express purpose of supporting new congregations shall not be available to any congregation. Interest on these funds may be used by the CPM Team to resource new congregations.

This form is to be filled out completely when submitting a request for associational funds. Only requests from churches, which financially contribute to San Felipe will be accepted.
